Same-day delivery cut off time is 1pm (Mon- Saturday)

Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following day.

We will try our best to accommodate last-minute changes, however do understand that if the gift is out for delivery already, we will not be able to make the change.

Upon confirmation by our customer service, your payment will then be refunded to you via in store credit only and can be used to purchase any product in our store with a standard expiry date of one year.

In the event that flowers or products are not available at the time of order, Eska reserves the right to substitute with similar products of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and feel.

We provide Free Delivery within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)

There will be an additional surcharge for further locations based on areas that will be calculated automatically upon checkout.

We also provide Nationwide delivery of outstation location.

Can I select a specific delivery time ?2022-09-01T16:31:45+08:00

Our standard delivery timing is between 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm and we are unable to accommodate to specific timing request.

However, if you have an urgent order, you may place your order with Urgent Delivery charges for us to make the delivery within 4 hours from the time of order made.

Please note we do not deliver after 7pm onwards the same day.

Do you do surprise delivery ?2022-09-01T16:32:27+08:00

Yes, we do. Please ensure recipient is present at the address provided to receive the gift and best to provide us both receiver and sender’s contact.

We only make the attempt to deliver once, if the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to Eska and a notification will be sent to you.

A redirection fee will be charged for the second attempt to deliver (min MYR 35) and no replacement of flowers or in the event of failed attempt to deliver the gifts.

Do you delivery to doorstep ?2022-09-01T16:33:03+08:00

Yes, we do for landed properties. For office buildings, condominiums and guarded areas where we do not have the access to enter, we will contact the recipient to approach our driver to collect or have them placed at the designated pick up area (eg. Guardhouse / Lobby).

You will receive an e-mail upon completion of delivery or you may contact our customer service team for further assistance as real-time tracking is not available at the moment.

Nationwide delivery will be provided with a tracking number once it is being shipped out.

All products purchase online are not refundable unless proven misfit.

All refund will paid in the form of Cash Voucher / Points which can only be used on our online store.

Please send us a photo of the gift as soon as possible to our customer service team. Please understand that flowers / fruits are perishable items. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we do ask for your patience and understanding for us to resolve the issue. We highly appreciate your cooperation.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What do I do with the flowers after receiving them?2022-09-01T16:39:23+08:00
  • Place them in a cool and ventilated spot, away from direct sunlight.
  • Place in air-conditioned room is advisable
  • Spray the flowers with some water on the flower buds to hydrate them.
  • You may cut the bottom of the stems and place them in a vase with clean water.

Have fruits kept in a refrigerated area and best to consume fresh within the day of receiving 2 – 3 days.
