GUIDELINES OF CHARGES FOR OUT OF DELIVERY ZONE AREAS
Putrajaya (62000 – 62988) | min MYR 35

- For orders received on or before 1.00pm, the delivery will be within the same day or latest by 7.00pm.
- Additional Fee will be chargeable for urgent delivery within 4 hours upon order time (subject to confirmation by our customer service personnel)
- Please note that a min fee of MYR 35.00 will be levied for redirection of order (depending on the location) and 50% for cancellation of order.
- There will be a surcharge of min MYR 70.00 for out of town delivery.
Addresses located outside of our delivery zone will be delivered by Eska’s trusted third party courier service provider.
- Gifts that falls under our Nationwide Delivery will only be inclusive of :
- Newborn / Toddler Gifts
- Food Gourmet Hampers
- Please note that gift box / basket may differ from our website or be it a different design.
- All gift products will be properly secured and wrapped before sending out to our third party courier service provider.
- Fresh Flowers will be replaced with Artificial Flowers of similar value (if required).
- A minimum fee of MYR 70 will be charge for our Nationwide services within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Orders are subject to confirmation by our customer service team via email/WhatsApp and upon full payment.
- Confirmation of delivery will be via our trust third party courier service which may take a lead time of 3-4 working days for your gift to arrive depending on location.
- Tracking number will be provided to you after we have shipped out your gifts.
Interflora Nationwide Delivery for Fresh Flowers / Fruits will be carried out via Eska’s appointed Business Partners within your delivery zone (Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia).
- Fresh Flowers that falls under our Nationwide Interflora Delivery will only be inclusive of :
- Hand Bouquets
- Flower Box & Basket
- Opening Flower Stand
- Condolence Flower Stand
- Fruit Baskets
- Please note Flowers arrangement will or may be a different design as compared to the ones featuring on our website.
- Please note that there will be additional delivery fee applies for location that is on outskirts of the main city area.
- Orders are subject to confirmation by our customer service via email/WhatsApp and upon full payment.
- If Eska are unable to process the order, a full refund will be rebated to customer.
- Interflora Nationwide orders are valid for minimum order of MYR 250 with a surcharge of MYR 50 processing fee upon confirmation.
